UNEARTH is guided by four modules of Elements, Seasons, Cardinal Directions + Energy Homes in the Body.
Just as the above have their own compass of time, we recommend you to listen to your own individual rhythm of time.
UNEARTH’s content modules are readily available 24 hours following your registration.
We do encourage a consistent dedication to journey through each module within 1-2 moon cycles.
However there is no structured time frame, take the time you need within each module and return to a previous point should you be guided to.
There is no specific way or time of completion for this course. By completion, we mean devotion.
Consistency with the course material, invitations to participate and inquires will indeed elevate your intention to UNEARTH,
as the purpose of this program is to better commit to your self-discipline and thus your own self-knowing process.

Yes, the majority of the program is written + filmed in English, however various modules include Spanish and Nahuatl teachings with translations.
Vocal Exercises + Songs are shared in English, Spanish and Nahuatl.

Walking with Mariana Mae
Mariana Mae devotes her life to the Creative, Healing Arts for the liberation of our Voice of Service and Spirit within.
A daughter and granddaughter of Life, she is an artist, educator and visionary native to Coyoacan, Mexico-Tenochtitlan + residing in the Chumash Valley of Ojai, California.
Since moving to the U.S, Mariana has studied various art forms of therapy as a healing modality for expression. She believes language and communication are far deeper than words, but rather a work of art which carries a message of Meaning and Purpose. Mariana believes each individual is born with a distinct way of learning and thus a unique way of expressing oneself.
A core principle she stands by is recognizing Ethnicity and Ethics in our own understanding and cultivation of Self in one’s Authentic and Inherent Leadership and thus showing up as a Leader for others in an integrated way.
UNEARTH is the first online comprehensive culmination of Mariana’s work.
